Prayers of Thanks....

Our Father in Heaven,

You have been so generous to us in so many ways it is difficult for me to know where to begin. Thank you for the Gift of Your Son, the Lord Jesus. Without Christ we would forever be completely lost and undone! Thank You for my family and friends—the people you have placed in my life to serve and receive service from. I am humbled by their authentic commitment to Thee. Thank You, Father, for an occupation through which I can represent You, spread Your Word, share the Gospel, and nurture precious souls in Christ. Thank You for Your infinite grace, assuring peace, strong love, blessed hope, and everlasting fellowship. Thank You for Your mercies.... I need You so much…. Thank You for being there for me again…and again…and….Thank You, dear Lord, for the generous provisions and opportunities awaiting me today. I count these my responsibilities and expressions of Your trust in me; by Your grace I will not let You down. Thank You for this chance to serve You and seek Your honor. Now, dear Father, please fill me with Your Spirit—take control of my entire being for the execution of Your will from this moment forward. Christ Jesus deserves far more than I have to offer, but all that I am and all that I have is at Your disposal. Be glorified O Most High God…be most glorified! One more thing Father…please allow me to recognize when and where my life brings glory to You today. That would be an awesome gift to me from You. I love You LORD. Thank You for first loving an unlovely sinner like me. Thank You for seeking me out, helping me understand the Gospel, and patiently sharing it again and again. Thank You for saving me, letting me be Your son, your child, and a part of Your grand family. Thank You for showing up in recognizable ways every day since I met You. Thank You…thank You, Father.
